Yesterday I shared a recipe of how to cook beef steak, so today I will share another variation of how to cook beef salad. May be useful for you and your family kitchen.
Beef Salad Ingredients :
- Beef 100 grams
- Cucumber, fruit diiris1
- Celery, diiris1 rod
- Tomatoes, cut into eight 2 pieces
- Onions, sliced fruit tipis1
- Orange leaves, thinly sliced 4 pieces
- Peanuts, fried and chopped 60 grams
- Basil leaves 10 strands strands strands
- 20 strands of Coriander leaves
- Lime Juice 2 tablespoons tablespoon tablespoon
- Fish Sauce1 tablespoon tablespoon tablespoon
- Palm Sugar 3 teaspoons teaspoon teaspoon
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Ginger, grated 2 teaspoons
- Garlic, grated 2 cloves
- Chili (chili), roughly chopped to taste
How to Cook Beef Salad:
- Roast according to taste and then slice thinly. Set aside.
- Make the dressing from a mixture of lime juice, fish sauce, palm sugar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic and cayenne pepper, mix evenly in a large bowl.
- Add sliced roast beef, cucumber, celery, tomato onion, lime leaves and peanuts, stir evenly.
- Move to a serving plate and garnish with basil leaves and cilantro.
