Salmon Steak Teriyaki dishes

Salmon Steak Teriyaki Ingredients :
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar, or more to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 (6 ounce) salmon steaks 

How to Cook Salmon Steak Teriyaki

  1. Mix sesame oil, fresh freshly squeezed orange juice, soy marinade, brownish glucose, sesame plant seeds, ground mustard, cinnamon, and garlic cloves powdered in a small pot over low warm. Bring to a cook, mixing until glucose has demolished. Set aside 1/2 cup of spices for basting.
  2. Add staying spices into a resealable plastic bag and position fish into the spices. Press air out of the bag, closure, and marinate the fish beef for at least 1 hour (2 hours for better flavor). Strain and eliminate used spices.
  3. Set stove holder about 4 inches wide from the fire and pre-heat the oven's broiler. Place fish beef into a broiler pan and broil for 5 moments. Sweep beef with arranged spices, turn, and broil until fish is solid and flakes easily, about 5 more moments. Sweep again with spices.
