Salmon Flower to serve |
Salmon Flowers Ingredients :
- 12 pieces of whole-grain crackers
- 200 g smoked salmon, thinly sliced *)
- ½ Japanese cucumber, seeded and chopped
- Sauce, stir:
- 1 tbsp mashed potatoes
- 175 g mayonnaise
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- ½ tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- Rub the surface of the biscuits with gravy.
- Form the salmon until it resembles a flower, then place it on top of the biscuits.
- Place the cucumber in the center of the flower.
- Serve immediately.
