Beef Bacon And Tomato |
If you are traveling and staying in hotels, bacon would be a full breakfast menu which usually served with sausage, eggs, and bread. You could say this is menu breakfast menu which is often enjoyed by the West. They call it the Big Breaky aka big breakfast. Often they also serve grilled tomatoes and mushrooms as a vegetable. Well for those of you who want to try it yourself at home, Chef has the recipe so that you do not need to go to the hotel to enjoy cooking breakfast this morning. Moreover breakfast was fast enough to make it.
Ingredients
- 750 grams chuck steaks (trimmed)
- 4 slices bacon (trimmed)
- 12 onions (baby, peeled halved)
- 4 tsps minced garlic
- 1 cup red wine
- 250 grams tomato paste
- 2 cups water
- 3 beef bouillon cubes (crumbled)
- 250 grams button mushrooms
- 1 tsp chili (minced)
- 2 tbsps fresh tarragon (chopped)
1. Heat a flat pan with oil.
2. Fried beef bacon until crispy and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add the mushrooms and tomato 4 Stir briefly and add the sauce Britain.
