Apple Banana Smoothie
This smoothie is great for breakfast or as a snack anytime!
Apple Banana Smoothie Ingredients :
2 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
3 bananas, peeled and cut into pieces
1 tbsp plain yogurt
2-3 ice cubes
1 scoop protein powder (if you want)
cold water
How to Make Apple Banana Smoothie :
- Put all the ingredients into a high speed blender
- Add enough cold water to cover the other half of the ingredients in a blender cup
- Blend until smooth
